We meet every Monday in Dorchester and every Wednesday in Weymouth at 6.15 pm. During the summer months we change to a summer run programme and twice a month we meet out of town and run off-road taking in the beautiful countryside. Members are welcome to host a run to show us their local area and favourite run but fully supported by our leaders.
